Due to dining tables being a two man lift, they are non-refundable. Due to this, we highly recommend that you come in and view the table once it arrives in store as due to the nature of the tables each one is slightly different.

Our items are sent by different courier firms depending on their weight and size.
However, we usually use Evri. All items are sent within 2-4 working days, unless your item is from our pre-order section.
If you choose the delivery option, please ensure you enter your number at check-out so we can arrange a suitable day and time for your delivery.
If you'd like to collect in store, please email kathryn@packhouse.com to ensure your item will be ready for collection.
