Refund policy

Click and Collect Orders

If you are coming in to collect your order, you have up to seven days from the point of collection to bring it back to us for a full refund (exemptions apply*). If after seven working days your order has not been collected, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of £25 per day or cancel your order entirely.

*Exemptions include large 'two-person lift' pieces of furniture, which will not be returnable at any point after collection. We strongly recommend thoroughly looking over your order prior to taking it away to make sure you are happy with it.

Delivery Orders

You have up to 14 days from the day we sent your order (and you received your delivery confirmation e-mail) to start a return for a delivered item (exemptions apply*). To start a return, please e-mail kathryn@packhouse.com and a member of our team will get back to you.

We do not provide refunds for courier delivery, postage or packaging, just the cost of the item purchased.
